In-house plate capabilities allows us to control the level of quality and provide a superior level of service to our customers. Creating this new efficiency in our printing process enables us to respond quickly and shortens lead times.  Direct engraving utilizes a more streamlined process creating less process image quality loss; we have combined state-of-art software (EskoArtwork Graphics system) with the best in Direct Laser Engraving technology.

Newly formed graphics department:

In 2008 Eagle Flexible Packaging made the strategic decision to bring graphics in-house. “It’s all about service”, bringing graphics in-house was necessary to improve quality and our level of service to our customers.  We partnered with Esko Artwork as they are clearly the leader in packaging graphics software.  We then began pioneering advanced plate processing technology for superior print quality.

Complimenting the Esko Artwork system, Eagle is pioneering cutting edge Direct Laser Engraving (DLE) plate imaging technology. Direct laser engraved plates provides greater control over the printing plate production process which in turn allows us to provide you with the highest quality flexible packaging image reproduction in the industry.
