Quality control is more than just testing the product as it comes off the line; it starts with making smart investments in the latest technology and tools available. At Eagle Flexible Packaging we continually look for ways to improve and eliminate error wherever possible, striving for the highest quality flexible packaging products possible.

The start of 2009 began with an investment in a 100% Defect Detection system that allows us to find the start of a problem before it becomes a problem. This system uses technology to focus on any fluctuation on registration, performs barcode verification, looks for color deviation, and catches any print defects (print skips, ink spills, etc.).

Ensuring the highest level of quality flexible packaging is what our customers have come to expect from Eagle. Our quality control encompasses the entire process, starting with our Graphics Department where we use state-of-the-art software for trapping, screening, separations, etc.
