We are currently seeking an ERP and Information Technology Manager to support the success and continued growth of Eagle Flexible Packaging by maintaining ownership of all ERP and IT related projects, improvements, implementations, and training. The ERP and IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of company technology and ensure that technology is effectively and efficiently used to support business objectives.

ERP and Information Technology Manager

Specific Duties:

ERP System Management

  • Lead all ERP-related projects through collaboration and regular communication with key internal stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and implement project and application requirements.
  • Conceptualize and design information solutions that make business processes more effective.
  • Write software applications for the company ERP systems.
  • Design testing and verification processes and standards for quality control of software systems solutions, conducting tests to assure that company, user, and regulatory specifications are met.
  • Establish and maintain a project implementation schedule and summary for all projects.
  • Document solutions for users and future support, maintenance, and improvements.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and retraining in all continuous improvement as well as new modules, modules, and techniques to improve productivity.
  • Act as key point person for all ERP reporting, collaborating, and troubleshooting to support end users with effective use of the system.
  • Advise users of information technology solutions.
  • Manage company relationship with EFI Radius team or other technology vendors, participating in travel and training as needed.
  • Identify, create, train, and update ERP-related standard operating procedures.

Information Technology Management

  • Lead all company technology-related needs and projects through collaboration and regular communication with key internal stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and implement project and application requirements, including all projects related to servers, hardware, business software, and internet and phone services.
  • Monitor for new technology solutions and stay informed on developments and current trends in industry, advising senior leadership on suggestions and recommendations for new solutions and improvements.
  • Ensure company technology remains compliant with global, regional, and local policies, ensuring proper quality and compliance with their objectives.
  • Setup, support, and train end-users on hardware and software.
  • Manage end user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices regarding privacy, security, change control processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Schedule and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, reconfigurations, and/or purchases, partnering with and managing vendor relationships as needed.
  • Provide user support for company software systems including troubleshooting and training.
  • Deploy, support, and troubleshoot issues with equipment including, but not limited to, workstations, servers, phones, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Analyze the performance of the supported devices, identifying and reporting issues to the appropriate parties.
  • Forecast and manage the IT budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years relevant experience, including experience ERP system management experience.
  • Experience managing complex technology projects with cross-functional partnerships.
  • Experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting issues with hardware including, but not limited to, workstations, servers, phones, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT program management, including IT security.
  • Proven ability to create and implement business reports through the use of solutions such as SQL database and/or Crystal Reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook with proven ability to learn new software programs.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively provide training to and communication with individuals at all levels of the organization and with varying knowledge of and comfort with technology.
  • Strong customer focus and proven ability to build strong working relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EFI Radius strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably flexible packaging.
  • Staff supervision experience.
