The HR Director is expected to embrace a critical leadership role at Eagle that requires him/her to build an HR Department that is focused on exceeding our employees’ expectations daily. Eagle is a growing company in a growing industry that requires an entrepreneurial individual to take full ownership of the following responsibilities:
The HR Director will lead the Department and Company as the “People Ambassador”, with the expectation of building a staff to support these important responsibilities. As the People Ambassador, the HR Director will take full responsibility of understanding each team members’ motivations and in helping them achieve their aspirations both at and outside of Eagle. We strongly feel that this is the only way to create maximum engagement at our organization. The ability to build a department from the ground up is a very rewarding but challenging task, and will require a strong, self-motivated leader to make a significant contribution to our fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment.
This individual will have the full support of ownership and must demonstrate a strong desire to help people and sincerely help people grow. The HR Director’s passion for helping people will be evident in how he/she focuses on our team’s safety, success, and well-being both at work and outside of work.
