Machining & Engineering Support
Our in-house machining capabilities keep production running at peak performance. With CNC machining, CAD design, and custom-built tooling, our team can maintain, upgrade, or even create one-of-a-kind production equipment to meet unique customer requirements. This flexibility ensures uptime, efficiency, and the ability to take on highly customized projects.
Graphics & Printing
Our dedicated graphics center and pre-press operations deliver precision and creative flexibility. Print plates and sleeves are produced in-house using advanced Stork and Esko laser engraving systems—technology so innovative it’s been featured by Esko themselves. On press, our advanced flexographic printing presses enables surface or reverse printing on a variety of substrates, with options for matte, gloss, or specialty finishes up to 10 colors. The result: vivid, consistent graphics that stand out on the shelf.
Lamination
Our lamination capabilities provide the flexibility to combine multiple substrates into structures that balance performance, product protection, and shelf appeal. We work with materials such as PE, Foil, Paper, PP, PET, Nylon, and Tyvek, and also offer compostable options as well as laminations compatible with How2Recycle® guidelines. While not every application requires complex lamination, when it does, we produce reliable material structures tailored to your product’s unique needs.
Converting
From rollstock to finished pouches, our converting capabilities are built for precision and customization. We produce both standard and specialty pouch formats with options like zippers, spouts, fitments, and custom shapes. Our modern robotic slitter and high-speed rewinding equipment ensure accuracy and efficiency, while unsupported material converting expands sustainable packaging possibilities.
The Eagle Advantage
Our entire product portfolio is backed by our advanced manufacturing capabilities. Our products and processes are thoughtfully designed to better serve you and ensure your packaging delivers both functionality and a seamless experience for the end user. The best packaging supplier is one you can rely on, and we are committed to setting the standard for quality, service, and speed in everything we do.
