Application & Hiring process

How are applications reviewed?

A member of the Human Resources team reviews all applications in the order they are received, we do not use AI screening tools. If your qualifications align with the role, a member of our team will reach out to you directly. As much as we would like to personally speak with each applicant, due to the high volume of applications we are unable to do so.

What info should I provide in my application?

Please provide as much relevant detail as possible. We look forward to learning about not only your work history but your skills and hobbies.

What if I don’t have any prior work experience?

We have a variety of positions from entry level to management, and even youth apprenticeships. Even if you don’t have any work experience, we would still want to hear about you and your relevant skills. Tell us about your favorite classes, hobbies, volunteer work, or other extracurricular activities!

What if I don’t meet all the qualifications listed?

Still send us your resume! We’re always looking for passionate, motivated individuals. If you’re a strong fit and eager to learn, we’re happy to invest in your growth.

When will I hear if I’ve been selected for an interview? Will you send a notification if I am not selected?

If you seem like a good fit for the position, we will usually contact you within 2-5 business days. Unfortunately, due to the high number of applications that we receive, we cannot respond directly to every applicant.

What should I wear to my interview?

Smart casual clothing is recommended. If your visit includes a tour of the production floor, please be prepared to follow our safety guidelines:

Wear closed-toe shoes and avoid loose clothing like scarves or hoodie strings.
Remove any visible jewelry before entering the manufacturing area
We will provide hairnets, ear protection, and any additional protective gear you may need.

When will I hear back after my interview?
